Chia Horng, Jerome Lin, Creative Director


A visual artist for over 20 years, Jerome was formally educated in fine-arts and graphic design field. He graduated from National Taiwan Normal University, where he received numerous awards for his exemplary works. Having a desire to enter the world of animation, Jerome traveled to the United States and earned an MFA in Computer Graphics and Interactive Media department from Pratt Institute in New York City. He chose to major in 3D computer animation, where his final project, an animated short entitled :Dainty;, was presented at the exclusive CYNET art 2000 in Dresden, Germany. Jerome has had three solo exhibitions, several group shows in traditional media, and received several awards with digital media.
His talent as a designer, 3D animator, illustrator and painter has been recognized by many academic institutions. He taught many courses in several Art schools in the past few years and he still holds the position of part-time lecturer in the Visual Communication Design Department at National Taiwan University of Arts.
In addition to wide and varied participation in the art world, Jerome has held posts in corporate America too. He served as Art director for Solidstreaming, Inc., a New York based wireless software company and he oversaw computer graphics, game animation and post production at Atgames Inc. and AnimAsian Digital Allied Inc.

I pursue perfection in developing a concept and making it a reality for the client to accomplish their goals and enhance their bottom line.;

Dayhna M. Carroll, Sales & Marketing, US Operations


Dayhna brings a wealth of experience from business development, sales, and client relationship management. Dayhna started her career on the legal tract, working for Arnold & Porter. She realized the big firms were not her speed and enjoyed the drive in smaller organizations. Dayhna, while acquiring her securities license, spent her first year in New York・s financial district as a financial advisor. Learning the essence of client acquisition coupled with sales, she moved into business development for a Sprint subsidiary, developing wireless software. Dayhna helped develop her company・s business plan, helped to create contractual agreements and interacted with clients to close deals. Dayhna is a graduate of Vassar College.
